As Senior Business Analyst, you will connect member needs, business priorities, and technology delivery. You will lead complex initiatives, clarify requirements, and maintain business intent from discovery through implementation. The work includes Product Owners, delivery teams, and regulated partners. Key Responsibilities:
Lead analysis for complex initiatives across processes, systems, and business areas Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with stakeholders Define business rules, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria Shape and prioritize backlogs with Product Owners Coordinate business acceptance testing and review outcomes Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience Five or more years of business analysis experience Agile delivery experience with Product Owners and delivery teams Strong facilitation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and AI-assisted tools Bring senior business analysis, requirements, facilitation, and backlog skills to help build Wawanesa’s new direct insurer.
