Lead complex business analysis for Wawanesa’s Direct Venture using requirements, customer journeys and cross-functional change leadership in a hybrid environment. As Lead Business Analyst, you will guide large initiatives shaping a new direct insurer. You will connect members, business teams and technology through clear analysis. The work includes business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules. Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery for ambiguous, cross-functional and high-risk initiatives Translate objectives and insights into requirements and features Analyze customer and operational journeys across business areas Resolve conflicts and present impacts, options and trade-offs Coach analysts and improve analysis practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum seven years of business analysis experience Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives Proficiency with Jira and Confluence CBAP or CIP designation is an asset Apply business analysis leadership, member focus and structured requirements expertise to Wawanesa’s Direct Venture transformation.
