As a Senior Disability Case Manager, you will manage Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Disability Income claims. The role covers Group and Individual business, including escalations, complaints, litigation, and sensitive matters. You will partner with claimants, clients, reinsurers, medical practitioners, providers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and decide disability and other claims

- Post-secondary medical or related degree or diploma preferred
