We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Assistant Controller, lead financial analysis and general accounting reconciliations, assisting the Controller and FP&A Lead with month end close and forecasting.
• Assist the Controller to prepare and submit accurate and timely financial statements, applying knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts in line with internal controls, investigating and resolving variances.
• Responsible for reconciling inventory, costing analysis and assisting the Operations team with standard cost changes.
• Own key areas of the G3 Internal Controls, ensuring timely submission of and adherence to all controls.
• Assist the FP&A lead with analysis of overheads, headcount and capex to help prepare accurate forecasts.
• Review, analyze and audit all current processes to continuously help the business streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

• External Audit: Cultivate relationships for effective communication during audits.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Experience working for a publicly traded international company preferred.
• Proven background of working in an Accountant role with excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel with large ERP experience (Microsoft AX is a plus).
