Key Responsibilities:
- Manage railcar movements safely with the Operations crew
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
- Observe and adhere to railroad safety regulations
- Engage in coupling and uncoupling rail procedures
- Apply hand brakes on idle railcars securely
Requirements:
- Completed grade 12 diploma or GED
- Previous Conductor experience required
- Clean Class 5 BC driver's license mandatory
- Must be in good physical condition
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
