Reporting to the Inventory & Distribution Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily building-material operations. You will organize priorities, support employees, improve processes, and solve inventory or logistics challenges. The work spans storage, order fulfillment, equipment safety, records, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
- Set team priorities for timely customer orders
- Support employees and address performance concerns fairly
- Maintain accurate inventory and operational records
- Improve efficiency, accuracy, and material handling practices
Requirements:
- Two to five years' warehouse, distribution, lumber, or manufacturing experience
- Experience leading people and coordinating team activities
- Knowledge of storage, handling, forklifts, and lifting safety
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
- Safety-first mindset and customer service commitment
