As Business Operations Manager, you will partner with office and studio leadership to support practice growth and operational excellence. Your work spans team management, staffing, project delivery, and business operations. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while helping maintain an engaged, high-performing environment across the office and firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess operations using office financials, project portfolios, and practice fundamentals
- Develop organizational charts and staffing road maps with leaders
- Review proposals, pursuits, forecasts, and achievable project scopes
- Monitor billing drafts against forecasts before accounting submission
- Conduct weekly meetings covering forecasts, QA/QC, resources, and receivables
Requirements:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering
- Eight years of practice experience
- Two years of project management experience leading successful project teams
- Equivalent business operations experience may be considered
- Excellent communication skills
