As an Asset Protection Associate, you will investigate financial and physical shrink while communicating findings to Store Leadership. The work includes internal theft, external theft, organized retail crime, and Walmart Canada Global Ethics cases. You will also support emergency procedures and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
- Investigate shrink incidents and communicate findings to leadership
- Support internal theft and organized retail crime investigations
- Assist with evacuations and emergency procedures
- Carry out external apprehensions under company policies
Requirements:
- Security Guard License
- Ability to communicate information clearly to stakeholders
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to manage repetitive physical tasks accurately
