As a Director, Health & Wellness Regional Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, business performance, and leadership development across a portfolio of stores within your assigned region. Partnering closely with store leaders, you will identify strategic priorities, optimize operational effectiveness, and implement initiatives that enhance performance, improve customer experience, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

In this role, you will leverage data, performance metrics, and operational insights to assess business opportunities, identify root causes of performance gaps, and develop action plans that drive sustainable improvements. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational consistency while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.

A critical aspect of this position is coaching and developing store leaders.
