Key Responsibilities:
- Review multi-discipline material and quantity takeoffs
- Evaluate and develop subcontract cost estimates and proposals
- Perform productivity analysis of various cost estimates
- Research and negotiate competitive prices with suppliers
- Assist in preparing high-level construction schedules
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in engineering or estimating
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction estimating
- Familiarity with construction from concept to completion
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other estimating tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
