You will report to the Director of Field Operations and have full autonomy over day-to-day operations, safety, quality, and projects, with authority expanding as the business grows. You’ll start with a small team and build it: a PM/Estimator, a Project Coordinator, a General Superintendent, Superintendents and a field crew of 20-40.
