As an Inside Customer Service Representative, you will quote customers and process orders from customers and WFS Account Managers. You will source products, provide substitutions, and help resolve back orders, quotes, complaints, and returns. Product knowledge, customer relationships, and organized communication are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quote customers and process requested orders
- Source products outside the usual vendor base

Requirements:
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and aptitude
- Knowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations
