As a leader in Voyager's Advanced Technology Development team, you will oversee the creation of the Agentic Mission Management platform. This role demands expertise in GEOINT tasking, AI systems, and satellite orchestration. You will be pivotal in transforming operator intent into actionable, explainable plans, enhancing operational capabilities within the Intelligence Community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for the platform
- Design agentic architecture for AI mission orchestration
- Implement production-ready AI agents for tasking
- Ensure explainability and trust in AI recommendations
- Collaborate with GEOINT experts to refine mission behaviors
Requirements:
- 7+ years in software engineering or mission systems
- Extensive knowledge of GEOINT tasking lifecycle
- Proven experience with LLM-powered agents
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend services
- Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required
