Support reliable cement plant operations with St Marys Cement through equipment optimization, preventative maintenance, and coordinated maintenance leadership. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee machinery repairs, maintenance activities, and plant improvement work. You will coordinate with supervisors, managers, departments, and contractors while supporting safety, budgets, records, and staff development. This role is based in Bowmanville, Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance activities with departments and plant operations Inspect equipment and facilities for potential maintenance issues Maintain work orders, equipment logs, and safety reports Assist with budgets, expenses, and resource allocation Provide training and development for maintenance staff Requirements:
Minimum five years mechanical maintenance experience Minimum three years supervisory experience in unionized environments Proficiency with maintenance management software and systems Advanced Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, AutoDESK, or SAP PM knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills Apply maintenance systems, equipment knowledge, and supervisory communication skills while supporting St Marys Cement’s Bowmanville operations.
