As Senior Account Manager, you will manage existing direct accounts, enterprise clients, and reseller partners after onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Own ongoing commercial relationships after Customer Success hand-off
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across account portfolios
- Negotiate renewals, upgrades, pricing changes, and contracts
- Lead business reviews and strategic account planning
- Report pipeline, renewals, and account health in HubSpot
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in Account Management, Sales, or similar roles
- Upsell, cross-sell, and renewal revenue experience
- Enterprise client or strategic partner management experience
- Executive communication and multi-stakeholder relationship skills
- HubSpot and contract management software experience
