The work includes learning needs analysis, software application training, and collaboration with Technical Engineering. You will translate product features into practical training points and maintain learning content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs and plans for employees and clients
- Create guides, videos, presentations, and job aids
- Facilitate virtual, online, and in-office training sessions
- Coordinate client schedules and agendas with Project Managers
- Evaluate program effectiveness and maintain training documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of learning and development experience
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Adult Learning or Instructional Design
- Software application training creation and delivery experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- English and French bilingualism preferred; occasional Canada and United States travel
