  • Conduct meaningful candidate assessments that evaluate technical relevance, career motivations, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and recruiting automation to improve candidate discovery, personalize outreach, streamline workflows, and increase productivity.
  • Manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle, maintaining momentum, strong communication, and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Use recruiting data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute practical ideas and improvements that make recruiting more efficient, scalable, and effective.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience hiring specialized engineering, manufacturing, or highly technical professionals.
  • Demonstrated success independently sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill technical positions.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search, talent mapping, targeted outreach, and creative candidate identification techniques.
  • Strong ability to understand complex technical requirements and engage credibly with engineering and manufacturing professionals.
  • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, or workflow automation to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Strong hiring manager partnership skills, with the confidence to provide market insights, challenge assumptions, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through, with the ability to independently manage multiple complex searches.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach to working in a fast-moving environment.
