Job Summary
We are seeking a D365 Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations financial modules. The ideal candidate will act as a subject‑matter expert for finance processes, with a strong background in the Retail industry and experience integrating D365 Finance with B2C eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of D365 Finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Fixed Assets.
- Configure and support payment methods, bank reconciliation, and sales tax setup.
- Define and maintain inventory posting profiles and costing methods aligned with retail business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration with B2C eCommerce systems.
- Support financial close processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Assist with testing, data validation, user training, and post‑go‑live support.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience leading or supporting D365 Finance & Operations implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
- Solid understanding of inventory accounting, costing methods, and posting profiles.
- Experience with sales tax configuration and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of payment processing and bank reconciliation in D365.
- Experience supporting or integrating D365 Finance with B2C eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification(s).
- Exposure to end‑to‑end ERP implementation lifecycles.
