Within Visa Consulting and Analytics, the Digital Performance practice addresses strategic priorities for financial services and merchant clients. The Manager develops and implements solutions for Issuers, Merchants, and Co-Brand Partners. Engagements may cover AI Strategy, SEO, AEO, digital acquisition, customer experience, lifecycle optimization, retention, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Produce analyses and recommendations supporting client performance and growth Develop digital-focused approaches for impactful client challenges Provide strategic guidance across client verticals and segments Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, and innovation peers Deliver projects and solutions for Visa network clients Requirements:
Six or more years relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree Experience measuring business performance through financial indicators Knowledge of web analytics and digital measurement tools Understanding of banking operations, payments, and digital experience Strong communication and presentation skills Bring digital strategy, analytical rigor, and payments knowledge to Visa’s client growth and performance engagements.
