The work includes cases ranging from complex vascular procedures to healthy surgery center cases. CRNAs practice alongside independently practicing anesthesiologists in a collaborative, collegial environment. Quarterly scheduling supports advance planning across available shift lengths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia across complex vascular and surgery center cases
- Work alongside anesthesiologists supervising CRNAs
- Teach and mentor local SRNA program participants
- Participate in system-wide initiatives and quality improvement efforts
- Contribute within a self-governed CRNA model
Requirements:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist qualification
- Availability for full-time or part-time employment
- Ability to work at Mount Holly and Willingboro hospitals
- Willingness to select varied shift lengths
