Lead family office accounting and financial reporting from Viridian’s downtown Calgary office, combining tax knowledge with responsive client service. As Senior Manager, Finance, you will coordinate recurring and project-based deliverables for family offices and associated entities. The work includes Canadian accounting standards, taxation, financial systems, and team leadership. You will maintain relationships with clients and external advisors while improving processes, controls, reporting practices, and technology solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting and reporting for clients, trusts, and private corporations
- Prepare financial statements, tax forecasts, reconciliations, and investment reporting
- Coordinate tax compliance, audits, filings, and external advisors
- Build trusted client relationships and present financial information clearly
- Coach finance professionals and coordinate workflow and resources
Requirements:
- Eight to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience
