Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store functions and shift delegation
- Drive efficiency in eCommerce fulfillment and order execution
- Manage the full inventory lifecycle and execution of FIFO
- Enforce Colorado MED regulations and Vireo Health standards
- Lead team training on compliance and inventory procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years in retail operations or inventory management
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Knowledge of METRC and compliance protocols
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Eligible for a Colorado MED badge
