Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized guest service at every opportunity
- Supervise and direct housekeeping staff effectively
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and cleanliness throughout the property
- Manage staffing schedules to meet daily operational needs
- Prepare and maintain departmental budget objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years in hospitality (housekeeping preferred)
- Entry to intermediate computer literacy required
- Safety training and supervisory training in employment legislation
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to change
- Experience in up-selling and sales in hospitality is an asset
