Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily job site operations and coordination
- Ensure materials and equipment are prepared for tasks
- Conduct quality checks and address deficiencies
- Train and develop crew members effectively
- Complete Daily Quantity Reports and manage logs
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and specifications
- Ability to read and interpret site plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Relevant certifications including Occupational First Aid Level 1
- Experience with utilities and project layout planning
