Key Responsibilities:
- Review and understand work orders and project requirements
- Organize daily tasks and communicate schedules to crew
- Monitor material usage and production rates consistently

- Maintain site safety and training for all crew members
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction utilities and processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
