The Senior Manager leads reporting, market intelligence, and portfolio strategy for a global cannabis and plant-based consumer packaged goods company. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Demand, Supply, Finance, and Business Intelligence. You will align decisions with revenue, margin, growth, innovation, assortment, pricing, and portfolio-health objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Own recurring reporting across revenue, volume, margin, products, customers, channels, and markets Translate trends and variances into recommendations for commercial leaders Build balanced portfolio strategies supporting growth and profitability Monitor competitor launches, pricing, promotions, positioning, and market developments Lead and develop performance, insights, and portfolio strategy teams Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, analytics, supply chain, or related field Seven-plus years’ relevant experience, including team leadership and development Experience in cannabis, consumer packaged goods, retail, or another fast-moving industry Strong commercial, financial, and advanced analytical skills Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools Apply commercial analysis, competitive intelligence, and portfolio strategy to strengthen performance at Village Farms International.
