Key Responsibilities:
- Manage change control and document approval workflows
- Ensure alignment with Cannabis Act regulations
- Develop quality metrics and KPI dashboards
- Conduct self-inspections and audits effectively
- Facilitate training compliance for staff and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of QA experience in cannabis or related fields
- Experience in leading quality systems teams
- Working knowledge of eQMS and validation principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality databases
