As a Business Development Representative, you will report to the Engineering Solutions Manager and promote Victaulic product solutions. The role centers on engineering coverage across Toronto’s construction and engineering market. You will engage engineers, owners, contractors, and other decision-makers while supporting adoption through technical specifications, product knowledge, and engineering services. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with engineering stakeholders Drive product adoption using technical specifications and market knowledge Write and develop design specifications for technical audiences Maintain product, application, and service knowledge Conduct small group councils with owners and engineers Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or BCom Extensive construction and engineering experience in Toronto Proven sales and account management track record Strong engineering, communication, and presentation skills Willingness to travel as required Apply engineering, technical sales, and relationship-building expertise to expand Victaulic solutions throughout Toronto’s engineering community.
