This Parts Advisor schedules parts work and sells recommended or requested parts to retail and shop customers. You will order, sell, and manage vehicle parts and accessories while serving as a first-line dealership representative. The work includes customer communication, stock control, invoicing, and order follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers choose parts and explain accessory specials
- Answer calls, provide prices, and solicit regular customers
- Order, organize, label, and deliver parts
- Replenish stock and follow up on pending orders
- Review estimates and coordinate parts with body shops
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- One to three years of progressive automotive parts experience
- Full working knowledge of automobiles
- Valid Driver's License and strong attention to detail
- Professional communication and data entry skills
