• Craft: Type, spacing, timings, copy, tracking. The last five percent is where the work earns its fee.

• Senior Product Manager: Full Time Remote. Own product strategy and execution for VAN's software products, from discovery through launch. Decide what gets built and why, and measure it in outcomes.
• Own the technical execution of complex Webflow builds end to end. Set the architecture, write the custom code, and raise the quality bar for the team.
• Step into complex WordPress architectures for enterprise clients: pixel-precise front-end work, ACF-driven custom plugins, and PHP import scripts running on Pagely and WP Engine.
• Produce the copy VAN and its clients publish, across social, email, landing pages, and client blogs. Own the calendar, run the written repurposing engine, and work AI through the whole chain.
• Own the day-to-day books across multiple entities, from payables through month-end close. Keep records clean, reports reliable, and automate the repetitive work.
• Own quality across complex Webflow and custom web projects as the last set of eyes before launch. Build real test plans, catch what others miss, and hold the line when work is not ready.
• Own delivery execution across complex Webflow and custom web projects, from Discovery to Launch. Enforce the system, protect scope, and surface risk before it becomes a fire.
• Run conversion programs for enterprise B2B clients on Webflow. Own the experiment roadmap, the testing infrastructure, and the lift the analytics can prove.
• Own organic discoverability strategy for enterprise B2B clients. You set the roadmap, run audits that diagnose root causes, and ship technical SEO and AEO / GEO work the analytics can prove.
• Own paid media programs for enterprise B2B clients across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging AI-search surfaces. You own the strategy, the tracking, and the pipeline number.
