Lead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems Maintain preventative maintenance and asset management programs Manage departmental budgets, inventories, schedules, and vendors Conduct audits, training, recruitment, and performance reviews Requirements:
Building Operators Certificate or recognized Ontario skilled trade Minimum five years management experience in relevant operations Knowledge of Ontario Fire Code, Building Code, and TSSA Strong computer, organizational, leadership, and crisis management skills Proficient English and resident-focused professional approach Apply building systems knowledge, operational leadership, and resident-focused service to The Shores’ maintenance and environmental services.
