Coordinate aviation MRO sales with quotation management and customer service at Select Helicopter Services Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position.
As MRO and Sales Coordinator, you will support customers through quotations, approvals, sales, and service. The work includes supplier pricing, lead-time research, customer purchase orders, sales orders, and repair scheduling. You will coordinate with Production, Stores, QA, Shipping, Accounts, and Leadership to keep commitments moving efficiently. This role reports to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare quotations for repairs, rentals, parts, and services
- Process approvals, purchase orders, and sales orders
- Monitor work orders and communicate customer priorities
- Follow up on commitments, quotations, and deliveries
Requirements:
- Grade 12 graduation or equivalent
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems, Outlook, and Excel
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
