Lead IMA delivery across Capital Markets with market risk expertise and a hybrid 3/2 schedule in Mississauga. Drive execution for a six-month banking contract. This highly experienced Project Manager will support the restarted Internal Models Approach initiative. The work spans regulatory change management, capital markets transformation, and senior stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate front-to-back workstreams while advancing key deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end regulatory transformation and change management initiatives Build relationships across Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology Capture requirements and translate them for technology implementation Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams Prepare governance artifacts and executive performance metrics Requirements:
Proven delivery experience with IMA components Deep Market Risk and HVaR model management background Experience with FRTB or major regulatory transformations Ten to fifteen years of Capital Markets experience Exceptional communication with senior executive leaders Apply IMA, Market Risk, and regulatory transformation expertise to deliver critical Capital Markets workstreams in Mississauga.
