This Finance Manager oversees daily accounting, payroll, regulatory payments, reconciliations, and month-end processes. The position works with senior management, external accountants, and internal departments. Its focus includes reliable reporting, compliance obligations, and strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily invoicing, recurring invoices, statements, and collections
- Review vendor invoices, payments, records, and aging reports
- Process payroll, reimbursements, reconciliations, and documented expenses
- Prepare remittances, tax payments, filings, and payment records
- Complete reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and year-end engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA designation or progress toward completion preferred
- Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
- Month-end reporting and reconciliation experience
- Accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and expense-platform proficiency
