Lead U.S. tax compliance and reporting for Vencora in a hybrid Toronto position, using consolidated tax expertise and IFRS knowledge. As U.S. Tax Manager, you will report to the Global Senior Tax Manager and collaborate with U.S. and international Finance Teams. The newly created role supports Vencora’s international tax planning, compliance, reporting, diligence, and tax-efficient processes. Vencora is wholly owned by Volaris Group and part of Constellation Software Inc. Key Responsibilities:
Manage consolidated federal, state, and local U.S. tax filings Oversee international filings, including Forms 5471 and 5472 Prepare quarterly U.S. tax provisions under IFRS Review Section 174 Research and Development analyses Support acquisitions, audits, research, and process improvements Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant designation and accounting or finance degree At least five years’ U.S. consolidated tax experience Understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations Knowledge of IFRS and Section 174 requirements Experience with OneSource, NetSuite, BPC, and Excel Apply your U.S. compliance, international tax, and financial reporting expertise to Vencora’s Toronto-based tax team.
