Responsibilities & Duties
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Review and enter purchase invoices
- Sort and match invoices/receipts
- Assist with the preparation of cheque runs
- Assist with accounts payable transactions
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Assist with any other task as assigned by the accounting team
Education & Experience
This level of positions is for incumbents wishing to pursue a career in Accounts Payable or Finance:
- Field of study in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or similar ERP system preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Proficient in data entry management with strong attention to detail
