VC3 seeks a mid-level NOC Analyst II for its Infrastructure & Security department. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot complex issues, configure devices, and communicate with stakeholders. The position also supports junior analysts through mentoring and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and system performance using monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Configure and deploy systems and network devices
- Document network and system configurations and changes
- Mentor Analyst I colleagues on monitoring best practices
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years in network or system monitoring
- Knowledge of load balancing, VPN, and firewalls
- Advanced Windows and Linux server knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
