Lead offensive security for Varicent’s AI-enabled products, cloud environments, and applications while shaping security validation at scale. This hands-on director role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. As Director of Offensive Security, you will define the program roadmap and reduce security risk across Varicent. You will oversee penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability management, and AI security validation. The role requires partnership with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, and Legal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the offensive security strategy and roadmap Oversee web, API, mobile, cloud, and AI security testing Lead red team, adversary simulation, and purple team exercises Design AI red teaming for LLM-enabled products and workflows Communicate security risks and recommendations to senior leadership Requirements:
10+ years of Information Security experience 5+ years in Offensive Security and 3+ years in Development or Engineering Experience leading offensive security programs in SaaS and cloud environments Expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability management Experience with APIs, web applications, containers, and AI technologies Bring offensive security leadership, AI testing expertise, and risk-based judgment to Varicent’s evolving security program.
