The Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll spend your summer knocking doors and selling residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada's largest residential pest control provider.
- Training Provided: Get daily in-person training and improve your skills every single day.
- Earn What You're Worth: This is a commission-based role where your effort directly determines your income. Most reps earn 15,000-25,000 in 3 months, but there's no cap.
- Housing Included: Live with like-minded individuals in fully furnished housing in Windsor, ON, covered by Vantage Canada.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Start each day with a focused sales meeting to sharpen your techniques.
- Spend 6-8 hours knocking doors, pitching and making sales, meeting 75-100 people daily.
- Compete in individual and team sales challenges to push yourself further.
- Work Schedule
We encourage a 6-day workweek, including daily sales meetings and 6-8 hours of prospecting each day (~48 hours/week).
You set your hours, but the more you put in, the more you'll get out.
