Oversee evening Sports Complex operations at Cégep Vanier while coordinating equipment, facilities, rentals, and athletic events. Work Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
This full-time replacement position reports to the Sports Complex Coordinator within Services for Students. The technician supports Community Program activities, synthetic field rentals, physical education courses, and athletic events. Responsibilities combine facility operations, equipment services, student worker supervision, and customer information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Sports Complex and sports field operations each evening
- Prepare, install, maintain, and store activity equipment
- Support bookings, rentals, college activities, and athletic events
- Serve users at the equipment rental and borrowing counter
- Close facilities and coordinate student worker tasks
Requirements:
- Availability Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Ability to supervise student workers during equipment tasks
- Ability to maintain equipment and activity areas
- Ability to handle inventory and equipment purchase recommendations
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance
