Working with Vancouver Island Health Authority, you will perform light and heavy cleaning duties throughout the hospital. The position requires communication, effective interactions, and physical ability. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light and heavy cleaning duties
- Dust, vacuum, shampoo, wash, mop, strip, polish, and wipe
- Use specialized equipment, tools, and machines
- Make beds according to established procedures
- Empty garbage in accordance with policies
Requirements:
- Grade 10 or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Deal effectively with others
- Demonstrate physical ability to perform position duties
- Complete a required Criminal Record Check
