Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Island Health's VOIP telephone switchboard
- Manage the public address system
- Use network based two way radio systems
- Perform dispatching duties for multiple departments
- Support emergency codes across Island Health
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education and one year's recent related experience
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered
- Keyboarding speed of 45 words per minute
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize work and perform duties physically
