Lead health records management and registration services across Island Health sites, applying operational leadership, privacy knowledge, and resource management expertise. Reporting to the Director, the Regional Manager oversees service delivery for a designated geographic or operational area. The position leads staff and manages human, financial, and material resources while supporting standardized, efficient records and registration services. Work includes paper and electronic information access, storage, retrieval, release, confidentiality, and patient intake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional records management and registration service delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's-equivalent education in Health Information Management
- Seven years of recent related experience in large multi-site organizations
- Five years of management or leadership experience
- Knowledge of health records, registration, privacy legislation, and change management
- Advanced communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
