The position supports Community Health Workers, also called Home Support Workers, within home support services.

Requirements
- Grade 12 education
- Coursework in health care and computer training
- Scheduling experience or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
