Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental and physical assessments for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling support
- Develop and implement care plans collaboratively
- Facilitate client transitions between care settings
- Participate in case conferences with peers
Requirements:
- Current RN or RPN registration with BCCNM
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in crisis intervention and mental health treatment
- Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle
- Strong communication and assessment skills
