Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments on client's occupational performance
- Plan and implement outcome-oriented therapy services
- Evaluate service effectiveness and maintain client records
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and meetings
- Engage in interdisciplinary research and education efforts
Requirements:
- Full registration with CHCPBC as an Occupational Therapist
- Eligible for CAOT membership
- Broad knowledge of Occupational Therapy theory and practice
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Demonstrated skills in clinical practice and problem-solving
