Vancity Community Grants Manager in Vancouver

Shape Vancity’s Shared Success funding through community partnerships, grant evaluation, and strategic recommendations across the Lower Mainland of BC. As Community Investment Lead, you will work with branch managers, business lines, the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Reconciliation team, and Office of the CEO. You will turn community needs into fundable initiatives, activate partnerships, and improve funding deployment. This full-time permanent position is partially remote, with onsite events and travel outside the region required. Key Responsibilities:

Translate community needs into fundable initiatives and local impact Identify partners and assess scalability, risks, and trade-offs Lead funding processes across diverse stakeholder groups Develop compelling impact stories for internal and external audiences Contribute evidence to program evaluation and scalable improvements Requirements:

Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience Demonstrated community partnerships, granting, or impact program experience Ability to develop evidence-based recommendations from complex opportunities Strong guidance, presentation, learning material, and facilitation experience Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve issues independently Use community insight, partnership skills, and program evaluation expertise to advance Vancity’s community investment portfolio.
