Lead responsible AI adoption at YVR through digital governance, IT service management, and practical controls supporting safe airport operations. As Manager, Technology Services, you will oversee AI and digital tool governance across YVR. Reporting to the Director, Data & AI, you will translate requirements into guardrails covering data use, access, approvals, monitoring, and costs. You will also lead change management, user enablement, budgets, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Implement governance controls for AI and emerging digital tools Lead IT operations, service delivery, and issue resolution Oversee technology projects from planning through implementation Manage software, hardware, and telecommunications budgets Track governance adoption, exceptions, actions, and control effectiveness Requirements:
Computer Science degree or related educational background At least five years leading and directing teams Experience managing AI and digital tool adoption Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks Working knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance Apply IT leadership, responsible AI expertise, and governance controls to strengthen technology services at YVR.
