Shape digital banking products at Vancity using product strategy and member insights in a partially remote, full-time permanent role. Lead outcomes for members. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead high-impact, member-facing products across Vancity’s retail digital platform. Own complex problem spaces from discovery through optimization, translating business priorities and regulatory considerations into roadmaps and outcomes. Partner with engineering, UX, data, stakeholders, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set digital banking product vision and strategy
- Own multi-quarter roadmaps balancing value, risk, and scalability
- Prioritize epics, features, and user stories
- Lead discovery using member insights and analytics
- Embed security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
