You will connect portfolio finance teams with Valsoft's HQ corporate tax team while supporting M&A tax matters and cross-border planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly and annual European tax provisions
- Oversee corporate income, VAT, and indirect tax compliance
- Manage transfer pricing documentation under OECD guidelines
- Support European tax due diligence and acquisitions
- Coordinate HQ reporting, advisors, and portfolio finance teams
Requirements:
- Professional tax or accounting qualification
- Four-plus years of post-qualification tax experience
- Strong European taxation, VAT, and international tax knowledge
- Experience managing tax compliance and provision processes
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
